Amazing service! I had been losing lots of water, but it was difficult to determine if it was from normal evaporation or if there was a leak. Ricardo started with a leak detection and identified a minor leak in the spa and resolved it quickly. However, the leak continued in the pool, after about 4 weeks of work and cutting roots Ricardo and team resolved the issue and placed everything back as it was before. It’s been 2 months now and my pool loses maybe half an inch of water every month!

I could have gone with a big company and paid an arm and a leg, but I opted to take the “step” approach. I appreciate that Ricardo was cognizant of the money I was already spending on fixing a fence issue and construction inside the house, he provided the option of working on the issues little by little to avoid spending thousands at once. In the end this helped me a lot, and it allowed me to see how they approached the work. I really admire his honesty and his hard working attitude. I would absolutely recommend him and Lyra, he always goes above and beyond to help eliminate unnecessary costs while providing great service.
